We have a busy camping and cabin resort with almost every risk a campground owner could have. I switched to Oswego County Mutual Insurance Company, through Hinman & Associates, LLC. in the Fall of 2006 after hearing good things about them and being frustrated with the large company I was with at the time. Not only did we save a substantial amount of money, but the service has been spectacular. Eric is knowledgeable and thorough, making the process painless. This past year, we had our first loss ever due to a fire in a rental cabin. I was amazed at not only the speed of response, but how fast and easy the claim process was. We switched our insurance coverage several years ago, initially because of a decrease in our premiums. We have had fantastic service ever since day one. We've had a couple of claims, one for a small fire at our store when I was out of town and it was handled quicker than could ever be expected and to our complete satisfaction.
